Exchange & Returns policy

If you wish to return an item in a different size, or colour or for a refund, you need to contact ESC Customer Service at the ESC Customer Service email address below to receive a Return Receipt Number or Exchange Receipt Number, starting with ECN. This will only be accepted if our return and exchange policy is met. You need to contact us and apply your Return or Exchange request within 15 days of receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange and return the unwanted goods according to the following procedure.

1. Contact ESC Customer Service by email to receive a Return and Exchange Receipt Number issued by ESC. Inquiries and applications for Return end Exchange requests by telephone will not be accepted.

2. Fill in the corresponding receipt number on the Return and Exchange slip and take it to your local courier service point or book a collection via the courier's online service. 

3. Return the goods.

We do not accept returns of items with tags removed, items that show signs of having been used, or items that are soiled or damaged. Returns that do not meet our return and exchange policy may be sent back to you. Please refer to the ESC Terms and Conditions below for our policy.


Shipping costs for Returns

We will cover the costs of returning products to us for our own reasons (e.g. defective products). In this case, you will need to use the DHL return shipping slip (recipient's payment) that was included in the product's packaging of the original delivery. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us if the return is for customer reasons. We will deduct the cost of returning the product to us from the price of the returned product and refund the money. If you do not wish to pay DHL's shipping costs to Japan which are relatively expensive, you will need to make your own prepayment shipment of other carriers at your own responsibility.

 

Shipping costs for Exchanges

We will cover the costs of returning products to us for our own reasons (e.g. defective products). In this case, you will need to use the DHL return shipping slip (recipient's payment) that was included in the product's packaging of the original delivery. You are responsible for the costs of returning the product to us for customer reasons and you need to arrange your own prepayment shipment as your responsibility. The shipping of the replacement product will be at our expense. For the customer’s reason, do not use the DHL return shipping slip (recipient's payment) that is included in the product's packaging of the original delivery. In the unlikely event that you do, we will charge you separately for the shipping costs, and we will only ship the replacement product after we have received its payment.


Size and colour exchange

There's no cost to exchange your purchase for an alternative size (subject to availability when you request a return). H if you are based outside Japan, taxes and duties are applicable. If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a store credit refund and purchase the new item separately.

Notes on returning goods to us

To e your ensure your return reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same c to which they were delivered. Orders sent back from a d destination may incur a or be delayed by customs.
We prefer that items b returned to us via our service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. If you intend to do this, please send your return to the f address.
